Our Story & Mission
VCS Test was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every child — regardless of zip code — deserves access to a world-class education. As a tuition-free public charter school in Tampa, FL, we open our doors to families seeking something better for their children.
Our STEM-focused curriculum integrates science, technology, engineering, and math into all subject areas through hands-on projects and real-world problem solving. We pair that rigor with smaller class sizes, individualized learning plans, and 1-on-1 tutoring so that every student can reach their full potential.
Our mission is to empower every student with the skills, knowledge, and character needed to thrive in college, career, and life. We want every graduate to leave VCS Test college-ready, career-focused, and equipped with the critical thinking skills to lead in a global economy.
